The Ordering Party Entrusts, And The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Develop Design Documentation And Build A Bicycle Path On A Section Of Approx. 245 Meters In Length In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also: Design And Construction Scope); 2) Build A Bicycle Path Along Ul. Zabrzańska On The Section From The Intersection Of Zabrzańska And Łagiewnicka Streets To The Intersection Of Zabrzańska And Frycza-Modrzewskiego Streets, Excluding A Section With A Length Of Approx. 245 Meters, Based On The Design Documentation Attached To The Procedure Along With Updating The Documentation; As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Construction Of Regional Bicycle Routes In Bytom - Stage I.2.
