The Subject Of The Order Is To Supplement And Update The Attributes Of Border Points And Ranges Based On Geodetic Studies Located In The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resource In The Area Of The Kartuzy-G And Kartuzy-M Cadastral Unit In The Kartuzy Poviat, To Compliance With The Conceptual Data Model In Accordance With Applicable Law. 2. The Purpose Of The Study Is: 1) To Supplement And Update The Attributes Of Border Points And Bring Them Into Compliance With The Conceptual Data Model Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development, Labor And Technology Of July 27, 2021 On The Register Of Land And Buildings (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 219, As Amended); 2) Supplementing And Updating The Scope Of Studies Based On Documentation Included In The State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources, In Accordance With The Act Of May 17, 1989 - Geodetic And Cartographic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1151, As Amended).3.
