A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Service And Coordination Of Tasks Related To The Implementation Of The Project Titled: Construction, Reconstruction, Modernization And Retrofitting Of Strategic Infrastructure In Order To Improve The Availability And Quality Of Health Services Provided At The Prof. Eugeniusz Brzezicki Wpsp In Żurawica, Includes The Implementation Of: • Comprehensive Service And Coordination Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project, • Substantive And Technical Support For The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of All Tasks Included In The Project, In Particular In Terms Of Compliance With Applicable Law And The Co-Financing Agreement, Including Including: - Checking The Documentation Held By The Ordering Party And That Developed During The Implementation Of The Project In Terms Of Meeting The Requirements Of The Competition, The Scope Of Work To Be Performed Planned And/Or Necessary - So That Their Scope Is Consistent With The Application And The Subsidy Agreement, • Legal Services For The Project By Supporting: - In Preparing And Conducting All Necessary Public Procurement Proceedings In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320) And - During The Implementation Of Tasks In The Investment Process, The Service Also Includes Full Substantive, Organizational, Technical And Legal Support In The Proper Implementation Of The Investment Task, In Particular In Accordance With: • The Contract For Granting A Targeted Subsidy, • The Investment Program, • The Material And Financial Schedule, • The Public Procurement Law, • The Regulation On Detailed Method And Mode Of Financing The Investment From The State Budget, • The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, • Other Regulations Applicable To The Implementation Of The Project. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Number Of Employees Directly Involved In The Provision Of The Service, Adapted To The Scope Of Tasks In A Given Time Unit Depending On The Advancement Of The Works/Works/Deliveries, No Less Than 3 Employees, I.E. Project Coordinator, Technical Specialist, Legal Services.
