1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Configuration Of Server Infrastructure Intended To Support The Ordering Partys It Systems. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 Program And From The State Budget.1.1. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Ordering Partys Guidelines.1.2. The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Order Documentation, Including Swz And Annexes, As Well As The Ordering Partys Guidelines. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality And Compliance With The Technical And Quality Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Order.1.3. The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects And Complete. Must Have Approvals, Certificates, Etc. In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.2. Warrantythe Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With: - A Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance, The Maximum Warranty Period Expected By The Ordering Party Is 60 Months, - Warranty For Defects For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance.
