1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Support For The Ordering Party In Managing The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Management Of Tasks In The Field Of Land Consolidation And Post-Consolidation Development, Including Financial And Accounting Services For The Task Entitled Consolidation Of Land In The Village Of Cieplice, Adamówka Commune Implemented As Part Of Intervention I.10.8 Consolidation Of Land With Post-Consolidation Development Under The Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027.2. Nature Of Service Provision: 1) The Service Is A Continuous Support Advisory And Operational Support Of The Ordering Party Throughout The Entire Period Of Task Implementation And Includes Ongoing Support For The Ordering Party In The Implementation Of The Task. 2) The Contractor Acts Independently And Independently, And His Role Is Advisory And Supporting - It Does Not Include Making Decisions On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 3) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Proper, Timely And Compliant With The Regulations Preparation Of Documents And Recommendations. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Activities Supporting The Management Of The Task On An Ongoing Basis. The Scope Of Support Includes In Particular: 1) Budget Planning In The Field Of Consolidation, Including: A) Preparing Proposals For Financial Plans, B) Monitoring The Implementation Of The Project Budget, C) Preparing Summaries, Analyzes And Reports Regarding The Financial Implementation Of The Project, 2) Organizing The Acceptance Of Works, Including: A) Preparing Documents And Materials Necessary For The Acceptance Of Works, B) Participating In Acceptance Activities In An Advisory Capacity, 3) Preparing Documentation For Obtaining Financial Resources (Including Subsidies From The Voivode), Including: A) Preparing The Required Application Documents, B) Preparing Materials And Lists Necessary For Settlements, 4) Submitting Applications For Annexes To Contracts And Agreements, Including: A) Preparing Requests For Changes With Justification, B) Preparing Proposals For Changes In The Design And Financial Documentation, 5) Preparing Documentation For The Purposes Of Public Procurement Procedures, Including: A) Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order, B) Draft Contracts, C) Lists Of Units For The Implementation Of Post-Consolidation Development Projects, 6) Ongoing Financial And Accounting Services For The Project, Including: A) Preparation Of Statements, Settlements And Analyses, B) Preparation Of Reports On The Implementation Of Consolidation Works, 7) Preparation Of Recommendations And Opinions For The Ordering Party Regarding The Implementation Of The Project, 8) Cooperation With Financing Institutions And Other Entities Involved In The Implementation Of The Project.
