The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Organizing Three-Day Health-Promoting Trips Of An Educational And Preventive Nature For, Among Others. 5 Max. 8 Groups As Part Of The Project Good Health Of The Staff Of The Provincial Labor Office In Łódź For A Maximum Of 183 Project Participants.2. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Variant Offers.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ A Person/Persons Performing Activities Directly Related To The Execution Of The Order In Question (I.E.: A Person/Persons Preparing Meals) Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277, As Amended) Or A Corresponding Form Of Employment Specified In The Regulations Of The Member States Of The European Union Or European Economic Area. The Employment Requirement Is Understood By The Ordering Party As A Requirement That The Person/Persons Performing The Above-Mentioned Activities Be Employed Under An Employment Contract Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of This Order. The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Check Whether This Requirement Is Met. Sanctions For Failure To Meet The Requirements In This Respect Are Regulated In The Form Of Contractual Penalties. In The Event Of Any Doubts Regarding The Employment Of A Person/Persons By The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Perform The Indicated Activities In Connection With The Implementation Of The Order In Question Under An Employment Contract, The Ordering Party Will Be Entitled To Notify The Relevant Labor Inspectorate And Request That It Conduct An Inspection. 6. Due To The Subject Of This Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Regarding The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Section 2 Points 2 Ppl 7. The Implementation Of The Service Should Meet The Requirements Resulting From The Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Principles Of Equality Under Eu Funds For 2021-2027, The Provisions Of The Act On Digital Accessibility And The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs, And The Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Principle Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities And The Principle Of Equal Opportunities For Men And Women Under Eu Funds For 2021-2017, In Particular With Annex No. 2 Accessibility Standards Cohesion Policy For 2021-2027.8.
