1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Service Of Mowing Greenery In The Road Lane On District Roads In 2026.2. The Procedure In Question Was Divided Into The Following Parts: 1) Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order: Service Of Mowing Greenery In The Road In The Krzemieniewo Commune, 2) Part 2 Of The Subject Of The Order: Service Of Mowing Greenery In The Road In The Commune Of Osieczna, 3) Part 3 Of The Subject Of The Order: Service Of Mowing Greenery In The Road In The Commune Of Lipno.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes Mowing The Roadside, Slope, Ditch Bottom, Counter-Slope And Flat Areas Up To 8 M From The Edge Of The Road.4. As Part Of The Provision Of The Service In Question, The Ordering Party Sets The Following Requirements: A) The Height Of The Grass After Mowing - Up To 5 Cm From The Ground Surface, Or) It Is Not Required To Collect And Transport The Mown Grass In Mowing Areas) The Mown Grass Should In All Cases Be Removed From The Road, Paved Roadsides, Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths5. The Ordering Party Expects A Maximum Of 3 Mowings During The Period Of Service Provision, In The Amount Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Covering All Or Part Of The Roads Listed In The List Of Measured Road Sections.6. The Ordering Party Assumes Up To 3 Total Or Partial Mowings, And Each Mowing Should Be Completed Within 2 Weeks From The Start Of Mowing.7. The Dates And Detailed Scope Of Mowing Will Be Determined By The Ordering Party At The Stage Of Order Execution.8. A Detailed List Of Locations Where The Service Is To Be Performed Is Included In The List Of Road Sections With Measurements, Constituting Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. 9. Clearing Will Take Place Near Open Road Traffic, Which Requires Appropriate Marking Of Vehicles And The Use Of Safety Measures.10. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure And Mark The Place Of Work (Shoulders, Slopes) In Accordance With Applicable Road Traffic Regulations Throughout The Duration Of The Works.11. Ensuring The Safety Of Road And Pedestrian Users Within The Area Of ​​The Works.12. Compliance With All Occupational Health And Safety Regulations, Including Working With Technically Efficient Equipment, Using Personal Protective Equipment (High-Visibility Clothing), And Avoiding Work In Dangerous Conditions.13. Mowing Should Be Organized So As Not To Cause Hazards (E.G. Limiting Low Mowing During Drought To Avoid Generating Dust).14. Manual Stripping Around Road Signs, Handrails And Barriers To Avoid Damaging Road Safety Devices (Brd).
