V. Description Of The Subject Of The Order5.1. Code According To The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 14212000-0 - Granules, Chippings, Powdered Stone, Pebbles, Gravel, Split And Crushed Stone, Stone Mixtures, Sand And Gravel Mixtures And Other Aggregates, 60000000-8 - Transport Services (Excluding Waste Transport).5.2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Cnr For Unbound Aggregate Surfaces According To. Fig. 19 Of Wt-4 2010 Technical Requirements; Meeting The Requirements Contained In: A) Wt-4 2010; B) Pn-En 933-1 Testing Of Geometric Properties Of Aggregates - Determination Of Grain Composition - Sieving Method Or Equivalent; C) Pn-En 13242 Aggregates For Unbound And Hydraulically Bound Materials Used In Buildings And Road Construction Or Equivalent, Intended For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads Owned By Łyse Commune, Including Spreading And Profiling With A Motorized Grader, In The Amount Of 2,077 M3 With The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Above-Mentioned. Quantity (Depending On The Price Obtained In The Procedure For 1M3 Of Aggregate Including Profiling).5.3. The Ordering Party Provides As An Option (In Accordance With Article 441 Of The Public Procurement Law) The Possibility Of Ordering The Delivery Of A Natural Aggregate Mixture In An Amount Greater Than 2077 M3 But Not More Than 30% Of The Basic Scope.5.4. The Required Amount Of Natural Aggregate Mixture Is Indicated In Points 5.2 And 5.3. And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form), However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Order A Larger Amount Of Material As Part Of The Contract Implementation Than Specified In Annex No. 1 - If It Results From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And In The Event Of Further Degradation Of Roads In The Commune, Requiring Repairs By The Road Manager, While Securing Appropriate Amounts Of Expenses In The Commune Budget. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right During The Execution Of The Contract. The Option Right Is A Unilateral Right Of The Ordering Party, Which He May, But Is Not Obliged To Use, As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. If The Ordering Party Exercises The Option Right, The Contractors Contractual Obligation Is To Perform The Service Within The Scope Covered By The Option Right. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Exercise The Option Right Multiple Times After Completing The Basic Scope Of The Order - But Until The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Exhausted. Activating The Option Will Not Require Changing The Contract. The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor In Writing About The Activation Of The Option In The Form Of A Declaration Of Will. The Maximum Scope Of The Option Right Is Given I
