The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Cnr For Unbound Aggregate Surfaces According To. And In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Offer Form), However, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right To Order A Larger Amount Of Material As Part Of The Contract Implementation Than Specified In Annex No. 1 - If It Results From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party And In The Event Of Further Degradation Of Roads In The Commune, Requiring Repairs By The Road Manager, While Securing Appropriate Amounts Of Expenses In The Commune Budget. The Ordering Party Will Provide Written Information To The Contractor About The Need To Exercise The Option Right During The Execution Of The Contract.
