The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Brand New Equipment (Toys And Teaching Aids), I.E. Unused Before The Date Of Delivery, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channels, Free From Defects, Together With Their Transport And Bringing Them To The Nursery Building At Aleksandrów 696, 23-408 Aleksandrów.1) Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Order - Delivery Of Radio And Television Equipment. The Scope Of Part 1 Includes The Delivery Of: An Interactive Monitor (1 Pc.), Base Mobile For Interactive Monitors (1 Pc), Laptop (2 Pcs), Office Suite (2 Pcs), Office Laminator (1 Pc), Multifunctional Device - Printer (1 Pc), Bluetooth Speaker (1 Pc), Sound Set - Active Column With Microphone (1 Pc). A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract For Part 1 Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 3 To Swz. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Provision Of The Necessary Technical And Operational Documentation (In Polish) Related To The Subject Of The Order, And A Quality Guarantee Granted For A Period In Accordance With § 7 Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 4 To Swz) For The Delivered Products On Terms No Worse Than The Manufacturers Warranty, Confirmed By Separate Warranty Documents Delivered With The Equipment. When Calculating The Price For The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Into Account All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With Swz, Including Its Annexes Containing A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Until The Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order By The Ordering Party Without Any Reservations.
