Description Of The Subject Of The Order1.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Supply Of Equipment; 2) Delivery And Implementation Of Software; 3) Conducting A Security Audit; 4) Updating The Information Security Management System As Part Of The Project Cybersecure Local Government In The Rytro Commune, Implemented Under The European Funds For Digital Development (Ferc) Grant, Ii Advanced Digital Services, 2.2 Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System, Recruitment No. Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23. 1.2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Is An Integral Part Of Swz.1.3. The Contractor Bears Full Civil Liability For Losses And Damages Arising In Connection With The Activities Performed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or In Connection With Their Performance, In Particular Resulting From The Actions Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Gross Negligence, Lack Of Due Diligence.1.4. All Trademarks, Patents, Standards Or Origins Indicated In The Swz Documentation Should Be Understood As Examples And Considered Together With The Word Equivalent. Equivalent Solutions Offered, E.G. Marked With A Different Trademark, Patent Or Origin, Cannot Have Parameters Worse Than Those Described By The Ordering Party And Must Absolutely Meet The Same Quality And Substantive Level And Guarantee The Same Functionality.1.5. Requirements For The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Obtain All Information Necessary To Properly Prepare The Offer, B) Check And Verify The Materials Provided And Immediately Inform The Ordering Party About Any Errors Or Omissions; The Ordering Party Will Not Accept Any Claims And Comments Due To Errors Or Inaccuracies In The Specification Of Essential Terms Of The Order After The Deadline For Submitting An Appeal, 1.6.
