1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Collection And Management Of Large-Size Waste (Waste Code 20 03 07) From Pszok In Kęty.2. The Offered Waste Management Method Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended).3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be Up To 950 Mg (Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 85% Of Mg).4. The Order Completion Date Is Up To 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Transfer A Smaller Amount Of Waste During The Term Of The Contract, And The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims In This Regard. Waste Should Be Transported As A Whole, Without Crushing, In A Transport Tank With A Single Load Of Min. 10 Mg. 9. Waste Will Be Loaded With Equipment And At The Expense Of The Ordering Party. 10. Waste Will Be Weighed On The Contractors Verified Scales.11. A Weight Receipt From A Verified Scale Will Be Delivered Together With An Invoice For Each Transport To The Contractor And Attached To The Settlement Invoice For Each Calendar Month In Arrears.12. Waste Will Be Transferred For Disposal On Working Days From Monday To Friday.13. The Contractor Will Each Time Confirm The Amount Of Waste Collected For Management On The Waste Transfer Cards Issued By The Ordering Party In The Bdo.14 System. The Ordering Party Undertakes That: A) It Will Enable The Contractor To Collect Waste In A Permanent And Organized Manner, B) It Will Pay The Remuneration Due To The Contractor For Taking Over The Waste On The Terms Specified In The Agreement.15.
