Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Granite Mixture For Municipal Roads In The City And Commune Of Krotoszyn

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 5,300 Tons Of Granite Mixture With Granules From 0 To 31.5 Mm (Pure, Without Admixtures Of Clay, Earth And Construction Waste) Along With Clearing On Municipal Roads In The City And Commune Of Krotoszyn. 2. Conditions Of Order Execution: 1) The Granite Mixture In Question Must Comply With Polish Standards. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Submit A Current Certificate On The Quality Of The Aggregate (Declaration Of Performance) Issued By The Manufacturer. 2) Each Delivery Of Granite Mixture (Type, Quantity Of Stone And Place Of Delivery) Will Be Agreed In Detail Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor. 3) The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor In Writing With The Scope Of Work To Be Performed. After Receiving The Written List, The Contractor Must Start Work Within 7 Days, Unless Weather Conditions Make It Impossible To Start The Work. 4) The Contractor Cannot Stop The Work Without The Consent Of The Ordering Party. 5) The Works Will Be Carried Out From 7:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M. On Working Days, Or On Saturday After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party. 6) The Contractor Must Spread The Mixture Over The Entire Width Of The Road. The Thickness Of The Crushed Stone Layer Will Depend On The Condition Of The Road. 7) Immediately After Delivering The Granite Mixture To The Designated Road, The Contractor Should Start Clearing It So That The Road Is Passable. The Road Cannot Be Impassable For Longer Than 12 Hours.8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Weigh The Delivered Granite Mixture During The Period Of Contract Implementation. Weighing Will Take Place In Krotoszyn, The Costs Of Weight Control Are Covered By The Ordering Party.9) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Take Samples Of Material From Transport In Order To Verify Its Parameters In An Independent Laboratory At The Expense Of The Contractor, If The Tests Confirm Non-Compliance With The Contract.10) Invoices Must Be Delivered To The Ordering Party Within 7 Days Of Receiving Documents Confirming The Execution Of Part Of The Subject Of The Contract. It Is Allowed To Issue Partial Invoices.11) The Contractor Is Responsible For The Organization Of Traffic And Any Damages During The Work Related To The Implementation Of The Task.12) The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Road Safety At The Place Of Work And For The Proper Marking Of The Work Being Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.13) The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Order On The Access Roads - All Contamination (E.G. Mud From Wheels) Deposited On The Asphalt Roads Must Be Removed On An Ongoing Basis.14) The Contractor Is Responsible For Possible Damage To Underground Or Above-Ground Infrastructure (E.G. Manholes, Curbs, Entrances To The Property) Occurring During The Execution Of The Order And Undertakes To Repair Them At Its Own Expense.15) The Contractor Will Each Time Provide The Ordering Party With Weight Documents Co
