[email protected] The U.S. EMBASSY, ABUJA is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide extended stay accommodation services for official personnel from April 10, 2026, to June 28, 2026. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the selected provider for a secure, comfortable, and fully furnished residence that meets the specifications outlined below. 1.2 Specifications Fully furnished serviced residence within Central Business District, Abuja. Secure location in compliance with Diplomatic Security requirements. Designated work area with ergonomic seating. Washer and dryer (in-unit preferred). Ensuite bathroom with hot and cold water. Air conditioning in all living and sleeping areas. Iron and ironing board provided in-room. In-room personal safe for valuables. Modern, well-equipped kitchen including: Refrigerator Microwave Cooking range/oven Utensils, cookware, and dinnerware Coffee machine Standard amenities including: Fresh towels and linens Hair dryer Smart TV with international channels Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi King-size bed with quality bedding Residences must be secure, clean, and well-maintained. Regular housekeeping services should be provided. Facilities must comply with local building and safety codes. 24/7 customer support and on-site assistance must be available. All utilities included (electricity, water, gas, etc) SECTION II EVALUATION CRITERIA Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal offers the best value to the government, considering price and non-price factors such as location, amenities, and compliance with security requirements. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions. Quoters are encouraged to submit their best terms with their initial quotation. SECTION III SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS Interested offerors shall submit electronic proposals in pdf or word format not exceeding 25MB to the Contracting Officer at the email address listed in the Solicitation Information table. Quotations shall include: Technical Proposal: A summary describing how the proposed residence matches the requirements in Section 1 of this solicitation including but not limited to: Company profile including detailed address and description of the accommodation offered. Completed NDAA and DEI certification (Required under EO 14173, January 2025) Past Performance: demonstrated experience providing similar services for diplomatic missions and reputable organizations in the past 2 years, including reference contact details.
