The Prepared Technical Project Should Have A Scope And Content In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Submitted Source Data (Report Of An Energy Efficiency Survey, Certificate Of Energy Performance Of A Building In Operation, Summary Of The Report Of The Survey Of Energy Performance Of The Building, Architectural Photography, Report On The Results Of A Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Of The Building In All Parts, Technical Passport), With The Necessary Details And Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Calculations For Each Of The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Projects Should Clarify The Project Decisions To The Extent That Ensures The Possibility Of Comprehensive Implementation Of All Types Of Construction And Assembly Works (Smp), Including Only The Eligible Activities For Financing According To The Program.
