The Social Services Building Is A Monolithic Building Of Three Above-Ground Floors, Which Houses Four Social Services: Center For Community Support, Cnst For Non-Disabled Children From 3 To 18 Years, Sheltered Housing For Persons With Physical Disabilities And Sheltered Housing For Persons With Mental Retardation. The Building Has Built-In Electrical Installations - Power, Lighting, Grounding For Electrical Panels. There Is No Lightning Protection Installation. It Is Planned To Build A 120 Kw Photovoltaic Power Plant (Pec) For The Site, For Own Needs Of The Hybrid-Autonomous Type, With The Photovoltaic Power Plant Operating In Parallel With The Buildings Regular Electrical Supply. The Fep Panels Will Be Installed On The Roof Of The Building, Each With A Power Of 545 W. The Power Plant Will Be Implemented With A Three-Phase Inverter That Will Generate A Current With Characteristics Un≈400V/50Hz, By Means Of A Suitable Inverter To Convert The Direct Current Into Alternating Current. In Order To Utilize The Maximum Amount Of Current Produced By The Photovoltaic Modules, It Is Planned To Build A Battery Farm Consisting Of Battery Blocks With A Capacity Of 51.2Kw/H. The Project Envisages The Construction Of An Earthing Installation For The Metal Structure Of The Photovoltaic Panels, As Well As An Earthing Installation For The Earthing Of The Inverter Of The Photovoltaic Installation, The Battery Farm And The Rt Fec. The Site Does Not Have A Lightning Protection Installation, Which Is Why It Is Necessary To Build A New One. The New Lightning Protection Installation Will Be Of A Modern Type, With An Active Lightning Arrester With Anticipatory Action.
