The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes: Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; • Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Object According To The Approved Investment Project; • Exercising Author Supervision During Site Construction. The Prepared Technical Project Should Have A Scope And Content In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Submitted Source Data (Report Of An Energy Efficiency Survey, Certificate Of Energy Performance Of A Building In Operation, Summary Of The Report Of The Survey Of Energy Performance Of The Building, Architectural Photography, Report On The Results Of A Survey To Establish The Technical Characteristics Of The Building In All Parts, Technical Passport), With The Necessary Details And Quantitative And Quantitative-Value Calculations For Each Of The Applicable Project Parts. The Technical Projects Should Clarify The Project Decisions To The Extent That Provides The Possibility For The Complete Implementation Of All Types Of Construction And Installation Works (Smr). The Scope And Content Of The Project Should Be In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. In Connection With The Exact Compliance Of The Investment Projects During The Implementation Of The Smr, The Contractor, Through Separate Legal Persons, Authors Of The Applicable Project Documentation In Parts, Will Carry Out Author Supervision In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Performance Contract. The Implementation Of Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Begins After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit.
