Subject Of The Order: Purchase Of A New Electric Vehicle And Associated Charging Station For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services In The Territory Of Cherven Bryag Municipality. Scope And Description Of The Public Procurement: This Public Procurement Is Part Of A Public Procurement With The Subject: Purchase Of A New Electric Vehicle And A Connected Charging Station For The Purposes Of Providing Social Services On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Cherven Bryag Divided Into 2 (Two) Separate Items, As Follows: Separate Position No. 1: Purchase Of A New Electric Vehicle For The Purposes Of Providing Social Services In The Territory Of Cherven Bryag Municipality; Separate Position No. 2 Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Charging Station For The Purposes Of Providing Social Services On The Territory Of Cherven Bryag Municipality On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Position No. 2 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Independent Value, Namely In The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act - Direct Award, As The Value Of The Item Does Not Exceed Eur 79,998.77 And Also Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order. No Bids Should Be Submitted For Specific Position #2. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of A New Electric Vehicle For The Purpose Of Providing Social Services On The Territory Of Cherven Bryag Municipality. According To The Terms Of Art. 47, Para. 5 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Sets Requirements That Ensure That The Vehicle That Is Delivered Or Used In The Provision Of The Services Meets The Criteria For Clean Vehicles. The Contracting Authority Applies The Requirements To The Clean Vehicles By Indicating In The Technical Specification Of The Public Procurement. The Contracting Authority Prepares This Documentation In Accordance With Decree No. 356 Of 29.12.2023 Of The Ministry Of Interior, Which Specifies The Share Of Clean Vehicles In Relation To The Total Number Of Vehicles That Are Subject To Delivery For The Municipality Of Cherven Bryag. The Requirements For Clean Vehicles Are Determined By An Ordinance Of The Minister Of Transport And Communications, Which Specifies The Requirements For Clean Vehicles - Order No. H-21 Of December 19, 2023 On The Requirements For Clean Vehicles.
