The Functional Tender Includes Traffic Safety In The Area Around The Building Site For The New Building Of The Childrens And Youth Theater (Junge Bühne Jbd). The Main Scope Of The Traffic Safety Work Is The Construction And Maintenance Of Traffic Safety During The Construction Period Of The Young Stage, As Well As The Necessary Planning And Obtaining Of The Traffic Regulations (This Is Based On An Existing Traffic Control Concept). The Construction Project Is Expected To Take Place Over A Period Of More Than Three And A Half Years. Particularly In The Main Trades Such As Demolition Work, Shoring And Excavation Work And Shell Construction Work, There Will Be Additional Traffic Load On The Wall Ring Due To Large Construction Site Vehicles. The Building Plot Is Located In A Central, Inner-City Location (Within The Dortmund Wallring) And Borders Directly On The 3-Lane Hiltropwall Inner Ring. The Dortmund Wallring Is A Central, Star-Shaped Distribution Ring For Individual Traffic (Cars/Bicycles/Pedestrians) For Entering And Exiting The City Of Dortmund. In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Building Site There Are Several Parking Garages Of Business/Shopping Centers, Which Are Approached By The Hiltropwall From The Outer And Inner Rings.
