This Contract Includes: • The Sending Of Ordinary And Certified Correspondence. • The Sending Of Administrative Notifications. • Urgent Messaging Services Within The Municipal Term And Outside Of This. • Bustiada Service Of Municipal Information, Informative Material, Etc. • Internal Suitcase Service Between Different Dependencies Of The City Council. Handling, Custody, Transport And Delivery Of The Suitcases Between The Different Headquarters That Need It. • Elections: Sending The Appointments Of The Board Members. Likewise, All The Complementary, Additional Or Specific Activities Required By The Different Services, Including The Return Of The Receipt Notices And, If Applicable, The Certified Letters Or The Shipments Themselves, Will Be Subject To The Contract, When Not Can Make The Delivery To The Recipient. These Services Will Have To Cover The Needs Of This City Council In Accordance With The Specifications That Are Detailed In The Technical Prescriptions Sheet And In Accordance With The Current European And Spanish Regulations.
