The Costa Araucanía Local Public Education Service, Hereinafter “The Service”, “Slep” Or “Local Service” Requires The Acquisition Of The Supply Of “Drinking Water Distribution Through A Tanker Truck For Educational Establishments Of The Costa Araucanía Local Public Education Service”, In Accordance With The Conditions Established In These Administrative Bases, Technical Bases And Annexes. The Above, In Order To Implement A “System For The Provision Of Drinking Water Through The Use Of Tank Trucks”, In Compliance With The Provisions Of Decree 41, Of February 2018, Of The Ministry Of Health, Which Approves Regulations On Sanitary Conditions For The Provision Of Drinking Water Through The Use Of Tank Trucks. The Distribution Supply Acquired Will Include Distribution In The Educational Establishments Indicated In Section 6 “Table N°1” Of The Technical Bases, Following The Programming Delivered By The General Services Unit And Meeting The Delivery Requirements Of “Additional Services” Indicated In Section N°8. This Public Tender Corresponds To Those Contracts Greater Than Or Equal To 100 Utm And Less Than 1000 Utm.
