The Project Aims To Address Long Standing Deficits In Community Facilities And To Transform The Area Into A Vibrant, Accessible, And Sustainable Community Focal Point. Key Elements Of The Project Include: • A New 1,100 M² Community Hub Providing Multi-Purpose Spaces For Community Groups, Social Enterprises, Training, Events, Youth Facilities, And Cultural Activities. • Public Realm Enhancements Improving Connectivity Between St. Tiernach’S Park, The Town Centre, And The Peace Link Campus, With A Focus On Walkability, Cycling, Open Space, And Community Interaction. • A Comprehensive Regeneration Strategy And Action Plan That Sets Out A Long Term Vision For Revitalising The Quarter, Addressing Dereliction, Land Use, Landscape Improvements, And Phased Development.
