Prior Information Notice For Public Road Transport Services – Awarding Of Regular Passenger Transport Services With Motor Vehicles In The Göppingen District; Line Bundle Gp09 “Oberes Filstal” In The Open Process. The District, As The Responsible Authority And Responsible Authority In Accordance With Section 6 Para. 1, 3 Öpnvg-Bw In Conjunction With Section 8A Pbefg And Art. 2 Lit. The Award Is Made Through The Open Procedure. The Subject Of The Intended Ödla Is The Public Passenger Transport Services On Lines 961, 965, 965A, 966, 966A And N96. The Transport Services Included At The Start Of Operations (See Section 5.1.3.) Are Described In The Supplementary Document (See Section 2.1.4.). In Total, According To The Current Planning Status, The Transport Services To Be Awarded Amount To 494,541 Commercial Vehicle Kilometers Per Year. This Is A Regular Service In Accordance With Section 42 Pbefg, Which Is Awarded As A Total Service. The Ödla Will Contain Regulations According To Which The Transport Offer Can Be Adapted To Changing Transport Needs Or Financial Conditions And To The Local Transport Plans In The Currently Applicable Version As Well As To Other Changed Circumstances Within The Framework Specified In The Ödla. The Operator Is Granted An Exclusive Right Within The Meaning Of Article 2 Lit. F Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007. According To Section 8A Paragraph 8 Pbefg, The Exclusive Right Only Relates To The Protection Of Transport Services That Are The Subject Of The Public Service Contract And That Have A More Than Insignificant Impact On The Passenger Potential Of These Services. The Responsible Authority Determines The Spatial And Temporal Scope As Well As The Type Of Passenger Transport Services That Are To Be Provided To The Exclusion Of Other Operators. The Operator Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Baden-Württemberg State Tariff Compliance And Minimum Wage Act (Ltmg). In Particular, The Relevant And Representative Collective Agreements ((Bz) Tvnbw, Wbo) Must Be Adhered To. The Operator And Its Subcontractors And Rental Companies, Insofar As These Are Known Before The Order Is Placed, Must Submit The Required Declarations Of Commitment In Accordance With Sections 3 Paragraphs 3 And 4 Ltmg Before The Order Is Placed. With This Prior Information, The District Complies With The Publication Obligation In Accordance With Section 8A Paragraph 2 Pbefg In Conjunction With Article 7 Paragraph 2 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1370/2007.
