The Building Will Have Classrooms, Specialist Labs (Construction, Textiles, Art And Science), Library, Leisure, Multi-Purpose Space, Support Space, Storage And Toilets. An Elevator And Full Access Are Provided. The Building Is Designed For Up To 150 Students. The Bearing System Is Mainly For Cast-In-Place Concrete. The Exterior Walls Are Insulated From The Outside And Covered With Ventilated Cladding. Roofs Are Insulated And Waterproofed. The Work Must Meet The Requirements Of Building Regulations, Standards And Design Data, I.A. On Fire Protection, Accessibility, Acoustics And Occupancy.
