Special-Purpose Motor Vehicles – Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Universal Equipment Carriers Including Attachments. The Logistics Center Lower Saxony (Lzn) Is The Client And The Only Authorized Authority To Conclude Individual Orders On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement. In Order To Fulfill Its Tasks As A Central Service Provider For The Direct Lower Saxony State Administration And Other Public Bodies, It Will Use Services From This Framework Agreement. The Individual Orders (Calls) To Be Concluded On The Basis Of This Framework Agreement Are Made By And On Behalf Of The Lzn For The Direct State Administration As Well As For Other Public Bodies That Have Concluded A Delivery Or Service Agreement With The Lzn (Authorized Bodies). The Requirements Required For This Have Been Included In The Overall Requirements Estimate. The Relevant Positions Are Named In A List Of Road Maintenance Departments Nlstbv, Which Is Attached To The Tender Documents As An Appendix. With Each Retrieval, The Lzn Informs The Contractor Of The Delivery Address As Well As The Contact Details Required For Shipping And Delivery, Which Are Assigned To One Of The Authorized Locations From The List. By Mutual Agreement, The List Of Eligible Positions Can Be Supplemented In Text Form To Include Additional Public Positions Throughout The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement With The Contractor, Provided That The Underlying Overall Needs Estimate Is Not Exceeded. The Inclusion Of Further Eligible Positions Has No Impact On The Provisions In Section 1.5. Specified Maximum Volume Of The Framework Agreement. Invoices Are Issued Exclusively To Lzn As The Client And Contractual Partner. In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (Section 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Universal Equipment Carriers Including Attachments.
