The Aim Is To Facilitate The Establishment Of A Modern Nursing Home With Approx. 160-200 Residential Rooms, Designed In Accordance With The Current Requirements For Quality, Patient Safety And Future Needs In The Health And Welfare Sector. The Project Shall Be Carried Out As A Collaboration Between Bergen Municipality And The Seller/Developer. This Means That The Parties Shall Work Together To Ensure Good Technical, Functional And Economic Solutions, As Well As An Appropriate Progress. The Interaction Model Facilitates To Use Both Parties ́ Competence Early In The Process, With The Goal Of Developing A Nursing Home That Gives Residents, Employees And Relatives The Best Possible Offer.
