Repair And Maintenance Services – Providing 24-Hour Technical Service At Stations Managed By Pkp S.A. Real Estate Management Branch In Warsaw, Warszawa Centralna, Warszawa Śródmieście, Warszawa Śródmieście Wkd. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Technical Security Services For The Warszawa Centralna, Warszawa Śródmieście, Warszawa Śródmieście Wkd Railway Stations And The Provision Of Technical Emergency Services 24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week, Throughout The Duration Of The Agreement. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Or Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ Persons Performing Work Under An Employment Contract, Within The Meaning Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. Obligation To Employ, In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In § 2 Section 21 Of The Contract Template (Appendix No. 11 To The Swz), Applies To Employees Referred To In § 2 Section 3 Of The Above-Mentioned Agreement. The Rules For Documenting Employment, Monitoring The Contractors Or Subcontractors Compliance With Employment Requirements Under An Employment Contract And Provisions Regarding Sanctions For Failure To Meet Them Are Set Out In The Template Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Template Agreement Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz And In The Opz Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Work Performance Schedules Constituting Annexes No. 2 And 2A To The Swz.
