The Subject Of The Order Is: Collection And Management Of Components For The Production Of Rdf (Waste Code 19 12 10). The Offered Method Of Managing Components For The Production Of Rdf Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal Provisions And Recovery Processes Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). To Produce Rdf, The Ordering Party Uses Selected Material Fractions Separated From Waste Remaining After Processing (Sorting): Unsegregated Municipal Waste, Selectively Collected Municipal Waste Fractions And Other Municipal Waste, E.G. Large-Sized Waste, Free Of Ferrous And Non-Ferrous Metals And Pvc. Component For The Production Of Alternative Fuel As Above. Will Be Prepared By The Ordering Party In Compressed Form, Tied With Steel Wire Or Loose - In Technologically Justified Cases. The Dimensions Of The Bale Of Compressed Waste Are Approximately: 80X120x80-120 Cm. The Average Weight Of One Bale Of Waste Is Approximately 500-700 Kg. The Quality Parameters Of Waste Are: - Calorific Value Between 15 - 22J/G; - Moisture Content Approx. 10-20%. The Ordering Party Will Enable The Contractor (Upon A Written Request) To Collect Samples Of The Waste In Question In Order To Conduct Its Own Tests In Terms Of Quality Parameters Such As: Heat Of Combustion, Humidity, Chlorine And Sulfur Content, Etc. Loading Of Waste With Code 19 12 10 Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Party. Components For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Rdf) Will Be Collected From Monday To Friday, From 6:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M., In Quantities Previously Indicated (Via E-Mail) By The Ordering Party. The Weighing Of The Rdf Components Delivered To The Contractor Will Take Place On The Ordering Partys Verified Scales And Will Be Confirmed By A Weighing Receipt And A Waste Transfer Card Generated In The Bdo System. These Documents Will Constitute The Sole Basis For Determining The Quantity Of Received Components For The Production Of Alternative Fuel (Rdf) And Issuing A Vat Invoice. Documents Related To The Transfer Of Waste Will Be Issued In Accordance With The Legal Requirements In This Regard. The Contractor Will Prepare And Provide The Ordering Party With Information On The Method Of Waste Management In Accordance With Annex No. 1 Or 2 Of The Waste Act, Including The Process Symbol (R_ Or D_), Name, Address And Number Of The Place Of Business (Bdo) Where The Waste Was Finally Managed, After The End Of Each Calendar Month In Which Its Collection Will Take Place And Within 5 Days After The Last Waste Collection. The Estimated Amount Of Waste That Will Be Transferred To The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Will Be 9,500 Mg, Subject To The Possibility Of Transferring A Smaller Amount During The Term Of The Contract, But Not Less Than 5,000 Mg. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Given Amount (9,500 Mg) Is An Estimated Value, Illustrating The Possible Size Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order.
