Project Description Innovative Energie Für Pullach Gmbh Has Been Supplying District Heating To The Community Of Pullach In The Isar Valley Since 2005 By Generating Heat From Deep Geothermal Energy, As Well As Expanding And Operating A Distribution Network To Supply Heat To Households, Municipalities And Commercial Businesses. Around 1,300 Households And Businesses Are Currently Connected To The Network. In The Existing “Pu-Nord Ez” Energy Center, The Energy Is Extracted From The Pumped Thermal Water Via Heat Exchangers And Transferred To The District Heating Water Circuit. The Iep Operates These Systems Independently, Supported By Suitable Contract Companies. 1.1. Subject Of The Procedure An Essential Requirement For The Applicants Is That There Must Be No Disruption Or Endangerment Of Operations At Any Time During The Entire Conversion And Expansion Phase. This Affects, Among Other Things, Access To The Existing Buildings, The Integrity Of All Supply And Disposal Lines And The System Technology. The Subject Of This Procurement Procedure Is Lot 25: Outdoor Facilities. The List Of Services Is Attached To The Tender Documents Under “01 Lv Aussenanlagen_Geab”. This Work Is Scheduled To Begin In Week 22 (May 25-29, 2026). Additional Services (Including Pipe Installation, Cisterns And Trenches, Etc.) For The Energy Center Are Tendered And Awarded In Separate Procurement Procedures. This Work Is Not The Subject Of This Award Procedure, But Is Also Planned For The Above-Mentioned Framework Schedule. Complete Completion Of The Energy Center Is Expected For Spring 2026.
