When Executing The Order, The Following Should Be Carried Out: Monthly Technical Maintenance In Order To Achieve Effective Operation Of The Fountains After An Explicit Assignment By The Contracting Authority And Within The Limits Of The Budget And Other Funds For The Activity, In Accordance With The Current Legal Acts And The Technical Specifications For The Materials And Equipment; Carrying Out Repair And Restoration Works With The Aim Of Achieving Efficient Operation Of The Fountains After An Explicit Assignment By The Contracting Authority And Within The Limits Of The Budget And Other Funds For The Activity, In Accordance With The Current Regulations And The Technical Specifications For The Materials And Equipment. Delivery And Installation Of The Necessary Materials And Products In Accordance With The Regulation On The Essential Requirements For Constructions And Assessing The Conformity Of Products, Elements And Materials. Carrying Out The Necessary Tests And Laboratory Tests. Removal Of Manifested Defects During The Warranty Periods Specified In The Public Procurement Contract.
