The Award Procedure Is An Open Call For Tenders (R2124-2 1° Of The Public Procurement Code). The Consultation Concerns A Contract Composed Of - Part Of A Contract, - Part Of A Framework Agreement Within The Meaning Of Articles R. 2162-2 Et Seq. Of The Public Procurement Code Concluded With An Economic Operator. The “Framework Agreement” Part Sets Out All The Contractual Stipulations, It Will Be Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued Under The Conditions Set Out In Articles R. 2162-13 And R. 2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. The Framework Agreement Is Entered Into Without A Minimum Amount And For A Maximum Amount For The Duration Of The Contract Of 22,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. In Application Of Article L 2113-11 Of The Ccp, The Choice Not To Award This Contract Is Justified By The Following Reason: - The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Allow The Identification Of Distinct Services.
