Services Related To Oil Pollution – Framework Agreement For The Removal Of Oil Contamination On Traffic Areas In The Steinfurt District. Contamination On Traffic Areas In The Area Of Responsibility Of The Regional Branch (Rnl) Münsterland, Caused By Oil And Fuel Or Other Operating Resources, Must Be Removed Professionally In Accordance With The Current Rules And In Compliance With The Relevant Laws And Regulations. The Resulting Waste Must Be Disposed Of Properly. This Tender Covers The Steinfurt District With The Relevant Road Maintenance Areas Sm Legden, Sm Westerkappeln, Sm Steinfurt, Sm Lüdinghausen And Sm Münster. Availability: 365 Days/Year, 24 Hours/Day, Including Sundays And Public Holidays Within The Specified Delivery Times. The Cleaning Vehicle Arrives At The Site And The Cleaning Work Begins Within A Maximum Of 90 Minutes After The Alarm Is Raised. Proof Of The Cleaning Vehicles To Be Used With Certification According To Vdi Guidelines Vdi 4089 Or Equivalent. The Certification Must Not Have Occurred More Than Two Years Ago; The Deadline Here Is The Date For The Expiry Of The Offer Period. Even During The Contract Term, The Certification May Not Be More Than Two Years Ago And Must Always Be Updated Accordingly. The Documentation Of The Test Must Be Attached To The Certificate. Number Of Proofs: Two Cleaning Vehicles Including Emergency Personnel Must Always Be Available In 3-Shift Operation.
