Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Preliminary Study Of The Main Principles Relating To The Redevelopment Of 8 Rest And Service Areas Of The Rn4 Eastern Section, And Technical Support As Part Of The Implementation Of A Concession Procedure. The Grand Est Region Has Engaged In A Concession Procedure Relating To 8 Rest Or Service Areas Located On The Eastern Section Of The Rn4. In This Context, The Holder Of This Contract Will Be Responsible For Two Successive Missions: - Produce A Preliminary Study (Ep) Aimed At Establishing And Quantifying The Main Principles Relating To The Redevelopment Or Modernization Of These 8 Rest Or Service Areas, - Support The Region On The Technical Aspect As Part Of The Implementation Of The Concession Procedure. The Consistency Of The Services Expected From The Co-Contractor Is Detailed In The Specific Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P.), As Well As In The Various Contractual Documents. The Region Undertakes To Provide The Holder, For The Performance Of The Services Entrusted To It, With All The Information That It Will Be Possible To Provide And Which Is Likely To Ensure The Full Success Of The Project Which Is The Subject Of This Public Contract, As It Progresses.
