Prefabricated Buildings – Delivery And Installation Of Residential Units And Temporary (Utility) Facilities, Municipality Of Voorst-2026. The Municipality Of Voorst Intends To Contract One Contractor Through An Accelerated European Public Tender Procedure For The Supply And Installation Of Residential Units Including Storage And Temporary (Utility) Facilities. A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Term Of Four (4) Years Will Be Concluded With The Selected Tenderer. The Initial Contract Duration Is Two (2) Years, With The Option For The Contracting Authority To Extend The Agreement Twice By One (1) Year. The Request Has Been Drawn Up In Such A Way That It Concerns The Purchase, Delivery, Installation And Ready-For-Use Delivery Of Four (4) Prefab Residential Units And Storage Areas, As Well As All Additional Deliveries And Work That Are Necessary To Fully Comply With The Scope Of The Assignment. The Contracting Authority Does Not Currently Have Full Insight Into Its Future Housing Needs. It Is Expected That A Maximum Of Eight (8) Additional Residential Units Will Be Purchased During The Term Of The Framework Agreement. This Number Is Indicative. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From All Quantities And Expectations Stated In The Tender Documents And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Any Minimum Purchase.
