Casino Operating Services – Concession For The Operation Of A Class I Gaming Establishment (Casino) On The Territory Of The City Of Brussels. The Purpose Of The Concession Is To Conclude A Concession Agreement With The City Of Brussels For The Operation Of A Class I Gaming Establishment (Casino), Within The Meaning Of Article 29(3) Of The Law Of 7 May 1999. The Concessionaire Will Be Responsible For The Operation Of The Casino. To This End, He Must Obtain A Class A License Issued By The Belgian Gaming Commission. The Tenderer Must Therefore Also Meet The Conditions To Obtain Such A Permit. The Agreement Is Concluded Under The Condition Precedent That The Concession Holder Obtains A Class A License From The Gaming Commission (Article 18 Of The Royal Decree Of 26 June 2002). The Concession Is Operated At The Following Location: In The Multifunctional Complex, Previously Called Galeries Anspach, Located At Anspachlaan 30 To 36 And Formed By Grétrystraat, Kleerkopersstraat And Bisschopstraat, Previously Registered In Section B, Number 1472/G (48A 67Ca), Number 1600/P (3A 45 Ca) And Number 1600/S (115.75 M²), And According To Recent Cadastral Extract Section B Number 1472Kp0000 For A Total Cadastral Area Of 52 Ares 54 Centiare: The Entity Called Casino, Cadastrally Registered In Section B, Number 1472Kp0122, Consisting Of The Following Surfaces: • An Area Of 11,530 M² Intended For Casino Activities; • An Area Of 950 M² Currently Intended For The Restaurant On The Seventh Floor; • An Area Of 1,885 M² In The Basement Intended For Parking Spaces And Storage. This Amounts To A Total Area Of 14,365 M². The Multifunctional Complex Formerly Called Galeries Anspach Is Owned By The City Of Brussels. However, The City Of Brussels Has Granted A Leasehold Right On This Complex To N.V. Nouvelles Galeries Du Boulevard Anspach (Abbreviated Ngba), Which Is The Leaseholder. In Order To Be Able To Exploit The Premises, The Concessionaire Is Granted A Building Right By The Leaseholder. The Terms And Conditions Relating To This Building Right Are Set Out In The Draft Building Deed In Appendix 4 To These Specifications, Which The Concession Holder Will Have To Sign. In Addition To The Operation Of The Casino, The Concessionaire Will Also Be Responsible For The Operation Of The Various Catering Services Located In The Premises Covered By This Concession, As Well As For The Organization Of Events On The Site.
