The Areas Are: Maintenance And Development Of The Senates Website, Design, Implementation, Publication, Continuous Development And Maintenance Of The Senates Mobile Application, Updating And Maintenance Of The Senates Design System, A Customizable Map Engine And An Artificial Intelligence-Based Chat Support Bot. The Whole Is Tendered As A Single Procurement Object, Because: • The User Experience Can Be Designed And Implemented Uniformly And Seamlessly In Different Channels • Common Components, Such As The Map Engine And Design System, Serve Both The Website And The Mobile Application • The Architecture, Integrations And Data Models Are Planned And Implemented As A Whole In Such A Way That They Support The Long-Term Development And Extensibility Of The Service • The Development Work Progresses Nimbly With One Partner, Where The Context, Development Map And Prioritization Remain Consistent.
