Electricity - Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electrical Energy And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage For The Needs Of Rzok- Vratsa. The Subject Of This Order Is Selection Of A Supplier Of Active Net Electric Energy And A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group For Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Rzok - Vratsa. The Supply Of Electricity Must Be In Accordance With The Current Regulatory Documents: The Energy Act (E), The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee) And The Electricity Quantity Measurement Rules (Pikee). Regarding The Planning And Negotiation Of Specific Amounts Of Net Active Electrical Energy, Ptee Applies. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Main Activities: 1. The Delivery Of The Required Amount Of Net Active Electrical Energy At Low Voltage Is Indicated In Item 1.1 Of The Technical Requirements And Specifications, Appendix No. 1 To This Documentation, With Possible Deviations In A Positive Or Negative Direction. The Total Estimated Quantity Of Electricity Supply For A Period Of 12 Months Is 55 Mwh. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Does Not Oblige The Employer To Use It. The Client Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Consumed Depending On The Need, And The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Required Amount Of Electricity Per Day, Per Month And For The Entire Delivery Period. 2. Preparation Of All The Necessary Documents For The Registration Of The Contracting Authoritys Sites On The Free Electricity Market And Carrying Out The Full Procedure For Their Registration. 3. Inclusion Of The Contracting Authority As An Indirect Member Of The Contractors Balancing Group According To The Electricity Trading Rules (Ptee), Without The Contracting Authority Paying A Fee For Registration And Participation. Energy Monitoring, Forecasting The Clients Electricity Consumption And Drawing Up Hourly Consumption Schedules. 4. Notification (Registration) Of Hourly Schedules In Mms Of Eso As Well As Carrying Out All Necessary Activities Related To The Participation Of The Contracting Authority In The Free Market Of Electric Energy, According To Ptee, Ze And Pikee.
