The Current System Does Not Fit The Requirements We Have Set For Our New It Service Provider. Replacement Is Therefore Necessary. • The Calendar Integration Between Mitel And Microsoft 365 Is Not Reliable And Users Often Have To Manually Restore It To Share Up-To-Date Calendar Information. • The Current Mobile App Is So User-Unfriendly That It Is Bypassed By Employees. As A Result, The Municipalitys Telephone Policy Is Not Complied With. • The Use Of This Mobile App Is Necessary To Dial Out With The Landline Telephone Number (035 – 528 1X Xx). Because Many Users Do Not Use The App, They Call Out With Their 06 Number. This Also Goes Against The Municipalitys Telephone Policy. • The Municipality Has An Agreement For Fixed Telephony Via Gt Vast With Vodafone Ziggo. This Concerns +/- 450 Telephone Numbers. • The Municipality Has An Agreement For Mobile Telephony Via Gt Mobiel 3 With Odido. This Concerns +/- 450 Telephone Numbers.
