For The Avoidance Of Doubt, The Contracting Authority Expressly States That, In Accordance With The Binding Draft Of The Contract, The Performance Also Includes (I) Provision Of Warranty Service, Regular Warranty Service Inspections (Warranty Service) And Routine Service For The Purchase Item To The Buyer, Within The Scope And Under The Conditions Further Specified In The Contract, (Ii) Delivery Of All Documentation And Manuals, Mandatory Equipment For The Machine, (Iii) Training Of Machine Users (At Least 2 People Specified By The Client) And (Iv) In The Case Of Accessories, The Subject Of Performance Is Also Mounting On The Loader And Testing. All Service Interventions On The Machine During The Warranty Period Will Be Carried Out Within The Maximum Reaction Time Specified In Article 7.11 Of The Binding Draft Of The Contract, Namely At The Current Location Of The Machine At Centers Or Landfills Located In The Territory Of The Liberec Region.
