The Subject Of The Construction Project: Renewal Of The Lighting Systems Of The Federal Chancellery / Br. No.: 06064 Is The Replacement Of The Existing Lights With Led Lights. Almost 25 Years After The Opening Of The Federal Chancellery In Berlin, The Second Half Of The Lighting Is To Be Converted From Conventional Lamps To Led. In Addition To The Potential For Energy Savings, This Also Has To Do With The Fact That, For The Most Part, Spare Parts For Conventional Lights Can No Longer Be Supplied (Bulbs, Ballasts, Etc.). In The First Step (Award Package 1), A Total Of Around 7,020 Indoor Lights And 44 Outdoor Lights Were Replaced, Which Correspond To Around 22 Different Models And Designs. In The Current Second Step (Award Package 2), A Total Of Around 5,383 Indoor Lights And 174 Outdoor Lights Are To Be Replaced, Which Correspond To Around 20 Different Models And Designs. The Following Aspects Are At The Forefront Of The Implementation: • Retention Of The Original Lighting And Design Concept • Minimal Disruption To The User During The Renovation Phase • Energy Savings Through Efficient Led Lights In Order To Meet These Requirements And Keep The Structural Measures As Low As Possible, The Majority Of The Lights Were Developed Individually For The Project. The Inventory Of The Lighting System, Goal Setting With The User And Building Owner, As Well As The Constructive And Technical Development Of The Lights Have Been Completed. Dates: Construction Is Scheduled For The Period May 2026 To May 2027. It Begins With The Manufacture And Delivery Of The Lights In The Period May 2026 To August 2026 And The Construction Site Setup In The Period July 2026 To August 2026. The Assembly Of The Lights Then Follows In The Period August 2026 To May 2027.
