Kartuska In Connection With The Construction Of A Bicycle Route Along Ul. Kartuska On The Section From Ul. Łostowicka To Ul. Źródlana In Gdańsk Along With Updating The Design Documentation. 2. This Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project Construction Of Bicycle Routes Of A Transport Nature In Gdańsk Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 3. European Funds For A Mobile Pomerania, Measure 3.2. Urban Mobility - Iti In The Metropolitan Area, Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund - Co-Financing Agreement Number: Fepm.03.02-Iz.00-0001/25-00. 3. During The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Meet The Following Milestones (The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work In Stages): 1) Milestone 1 - Update Of The Design Documentation; 2) 2Nd Milestone (1St Stage Of Works) - Implementation Of Works On The Section From Ul. Łostowicka To Ul. P. Adamowicz; 3) Milestone Iii (Stage Ii Of Works) - Implementation Of Works On The Section From Al. P. Adamowicza To Ul. Źródlana. The Contractor Will Implement The Subject Of The Order In Stages. The Contractor Is Obliged To Start Construction Works From The 2Nd Milestone (Stage 1 Of Construction Works). The Contractor Will Begin The Implementation Of Milestone 3 After Receiving Written Confirmation From The Ordering Party Of Achieving Milestone 2. 4. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, I.E. Construction Of A Bicycle Route Along With The Necessary Expansion Of The Road, Parking Bays And Sidewalks, Including: 1) Updating The Design Documentation In The Field Of Traffic Light And Traffic Engineering Designs, Telecommunications (Tristar Network And Technological Channel), Target Traffic Organization, Along With Obtaining Their Approval, And Updating The Designs For Removing Power Collisions And Obtaining Final Approval From Energa Operator, As Well As Verification Design Solutions Included In The Design Documentation And Updating Them To The Extent Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Legal Provisions. 2) Expansion Of The Street.
