The User Service Of The Technology Area Has The Mission Of Establishing The Systemic Bases To Manage In An Appropriate, Agile And Effective Manner The Queries, Incidents And Requests Received By Uoc Workers That Refer To The Systems And Applications That Are The Responsibility Of This Area, Promoting Personalized Support In Diverse Realities.
