Assignments Will Be Announced Continuously Within The Framework Agreement, Where The Scope Of Each Assignment Is Specified Separately. Calls Are Made According To Established Conditions And All Assignments Are Located Within Upplands Väsby Municipality. Väsbyhem Manages Approximately 5,000 Homes, Which Is The Basis For The Scope Of The Procurement. The Indicated Volumes Are Based On Previous Statistics But May Vary, And The Client Does Not Guarantee Any Fixed Volumes. The Supplier Is Obliged To Meet The Actual Need Regardless Of The Extent. The Previous Years Estimated Value For The Services Amounts To Approximately Sek 1.7 Million, While The Ceiling Volume Of The Agreement Is Set At Sek 7.5 Million. The Purpose Of The Framework Agreement Is To Ensure Cost-Effective Assignments With High Quality. The Cooperation Between Väsbyhem And The Consultants Must Be Characterized By Mutual Trust. The Consultants Are Responsible For Quality Assurance And Have The Mandate To Make Decisions Within Their Assignments. Väsbyhems Existing And Future Subsidiaries Also Have The Right To Withdraw From The Agreement.
