The Subject Of The Procedure Is Planning Services, Technical Equipment, Heating, Ventilation And Plumbing In Accordance With Hoai 2021. Short Description Of The Initial Situation: The Large District Town Of Schramberg Has Its Own High School With A Sports Hall And Cafeteria. The School Building And The Adjacent Municipal Sports Hall Were Built Between 1970 And 1972. Accordingly, Both Building Components Now Require Increasing Renovation And Modernization Costs. The Cafeteria, Which Was Built In 2006 And 2007, Is Connected To The School Building. In 2025, It Was Decided With An Action Plan To Completely Renovate The High School As A Whole; For The First Time, The Gymnasium Will Remain In Its Original Condition. Renovation And Modernization Measures Have Been Underway At The High School Since The Early 2000S. These Were Not And Are Currently Taking Place On The Basis Of An Initially Coordinated Action Plan Or Renovation Plan, But Were Decided, Planned And Implemented Successively. As Part Of A Fire Prevention Show In 2010, Fire Protection Deficiencies Were Identified. The Required Hls And Electrical Planning Services Are Advertised Throughout Europe In Accordance With Vgv. There Are Already Partial Preliminary Plans That Will Be Sent To Applicants In The Second Stage.
