The Construction Site Extends Along The Dam Structure On The Neckar Canal And Is Currently Used As A Public Playground And Barbecue Area. That No Basement, Double Ceilings Or Wooden Stud Walls With Stacked Board Ceilings Should Be Built. On The Ground Floor, In Addition To A Cooking Kitchen And Various Technical And Storage Rooms, There Is A Multi-Purpose Room, As Well As Rooms For Two Groups And A Multi-Room.
