Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Public Tender For Main Contract Regarding New Domicile For Bornholms Energi & Forsyning. Bornholm Energi & Forsyning Plans To Bring Together The Current Two Administration Locations, Which Together Include 120 Employees, At One Common Location: Industrivey 1, 3700 Rønne. The Project Includes An Extensive Renovation Of An Existing Office Building Of 1,600 M² On One Level And The Construction Of A New Extension Of 900 M². The Existing Buildings Are Built As Precast Concrete Construction With An External Shell Wall In Brick. The Interior Renovation Includes Installation Of A New Ventilation And Cooling System, Replacement Of Flooring And Ceilings, Painting And Renovation Of Existing Toilets. Minor Changes Are Also Made To The Room Layout, And New Toilet Facilities Are Established. The Exterior Of The Building Is Being Updated With The Replacement Of Windows And The Addition Of Some Larger Window Sections. The Current Glass Walkway, Which Connects The Two Main Buildings, Will Be Removed And Replaced By A New And Larger Main Entrance, Designed As A Wooden Structure. Between The Two Existing Buildings, A New Transversal Office Building Is Being Built On One Level. This Building Is Constructed As A Wooden Structure With Glulam Frames And Will Accommodate Offices, Meeting Facilities, Canteen And Toilets. It Is Pointed Out That If, At The End Of The Offer Deadline, It Turns Out That The Offers Are Significantly Above The Estimated Budget, Bornholm Energi & Forsyning Reserves The Right To Cancel The Offer. Bornholm Energi & Forsyning Must Also Draw Attention To The Fact That The Award Of The Contract To The Tenderer Who Submitted The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Conditional On The Board Of Bornholms Energi Og Forsyning Approving The Award Decision. That Is That The Contract Will Not Be Awarded Until The Board Has Approved The Awarding Decision.
