Tenders are invited for Monitoring, Statistics and Reporting Service (Msrser) The proposed Monitoring, Statistics and Reporting Service is part of the second element of a set of procurement actions planned to progressively implement the Earth Observation Framework for the EO Science Missions (EOF-EOS). The Service will provide a holistic view of the entire EOF-EOS by monitoring system performances and providing quantitative elements to drive optimal resources allocation, enhance user experience, support mission operations coordination and facilitate proactive problem resolution. More specifically, this service will provide valuable insight on the dataflow throughout the entire EOF-EOS, including data rate and volumes, as well as on the level of utilised resources and on the overall "health" status of operational set-up exposing a comprehensive understandingof the EOF-EOS to operational actors as well as decision-makers potentially triggering targeted actions and service quality improvements. It will include a set-up, operations and continuous evolution of the Service and ensure exposing EOF-EOS metrics and information at different levels of aggregation customised to the user needs. The Contract is planned to be kicked off by Q3 2026 for a nominal duration of 3 years and with the possibility to further extend for one year to ensure continuity with the follow-up procurement.
