The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Comprehensive Construction Of A Building For The Volunteer Fire Department In The Town Of Dziewo Klucz, Located On Part Of Plot No. 7/1, Dziewo Klucz Registration District, Budzyń Commune. The Planned Facility Will Be A Building Intended For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Department. It Is A Single-Story Building With An Attic And No Basement. Its Functional Structure Includes, Among Others: A Garage For A Fire Truck, A Training Room, An Office Room, A Technical Room And Two Hygiene And Sanitary Facilities. In The Attic, A Technical Attic Was Designed For The Location Of Installation Equipment, Including A Heat Pump. The Basic Parameters Of The Facility Are: - Building Area - 189.80 M2 - Usable Area - 215.22 M2 - Volume - 1307.11 M3 - Height (From The Ground Level In Front Of The Entrance To The Ridge) - 8.07 M - Paved Area - 602.78 M2 - Area Biologically Active - 829.35 M2 The Scope Of The Order Includes Comprehensive Implementation Of Construction, Sanitary And Electrical Works. The Designed Facility Will Be Equipped With Sanitary Installations, Including Water Supply, Sewage And Heating Installations Based On A Heat Pump, As Well As Ventilation And Air-Conditioning Installations. In Addition, The Facility Will Be Equipped With Electrical Installations, Including Power Supply, Lighting, Plug Sockets, Lightning Protection Installation, Electric Shock And Surge Protection Installations And A Photovoltaic Installation. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Making The Necessary Connections And Connecting The Installation To External Networks, As Well As Developing The Area In The Investment Area, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, In Particular The Construction Of Hardened Surfaces, Access Roads And Other Elements Necessary For Proper Use Facility. Note: The Contractor, Acting On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party, Will Prepare And Submit All Required Documents Related To Reporting The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspector, And Will Also Take Steps To Obtain A Decision On The Permit To Use The Facility.
