The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Demolition Of Two Multi-Family Residential Buildings And Two Outbuildings At Ul. Bełkowska 8 And 9 In Czerwionka-Leszczyny. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Detailed In The Documentation, Which Consists Of: A) Design Of Significant Changes To The Construction Project For The Reconstruction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building Into A Social Building And Demolition Of A Multi-Family Residential Building And An Outbuilding - Annex No. 11 To Swz, B) Specification Technical Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works - Annex No. 12 To The Swz, C) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 13 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is An Auxiliary Material That Is Intended To Help The Contractor Prepare His Own Cost Estimate, Covering The Entire Subject Of The Order. If The Contractor Finds That The Bill Of Quantities Contains Understated Or Overstated Quantities In Relation To The Design Documentation Attached To This Swz, The Contractor Will Nevertheless Be Obliged To Perform All Works Resulting From The Design Documentation (As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration). The Contractor May Notify The Ordering Party Of The Need To Change The Bill Of Quantities As Part Of Inquiries To The Swz, And The Ordering Party, Referring To The Content Of This Inquiry, Will Provide Information On Possible Changes In The Bill Of Quantities On The Website Of The Ongoing Procedure, D) The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Template Of The Agreement) - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Transfer Waste Generated After Demolition To An Entity With Appropriate Permits For Its Management Or Disposal In Accordance With Applicable Law, As Well As To Provide The Ordering Party With Copies Of The Cards Waste Transfer.
