1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Project Management Service Titled: Construction Of A Roundabout In Nowogard Ul. 700Th Anniversary.2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Providing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Activities Aimed At Timely Execution Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 12 Supervisions And 65 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters;7) Ensuring Conservation Supervision;8) Ensuring Archaeological Supervision.3. The Construction Works, Which The Contractor Will Supervise, Consist In The Expansion Of The Intersection Of 700-Lecia Streets (Provincial Road No. 106) And 3-Go Maja. Reconstruction Of The Existing Ordinary Intersection Is Planned, With Islands Channeling The Inlets To The Roundabout-Type Intersection With An External Diameter Of Approximately 14.5 M. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes, Among Others: 1) Protection Of Existing Trees During The Construction Period, 2) Demolition Of Road Elements, 3) Expansion Of The Intersection Inlets, 4) Execution Of Surface Works On The Provincial And Municipal Roads (Construction Of An Improved Subgrade Layer, A Layer Frost Protection, Aggregate Base, Ba Base, Ba Binding Layer And Sma Wearing Course),5) Construction Of Individual Exits,6) Construction Of Pedestrian Roads And Accesses To Adjacent Areas,7) Construction Of Traffic Slowing Elements,8) Construction Of Street Lighting With Illumination Of Pedestrian Crossings,9) Protection Of Existing Utilities,10) Construction Of Drainage Through Newly Designed Street Inlets To The Existing And Expanded Rainwater Drainage System,11) Reconstruction Of Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply Systems, 12) Construction Of A Technological Channel, 13) Installation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings. The Ordering Party Informs That During The Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Tasks Will Also Be Carried Out By Other Entities, I.E.: Nowogard Commune In The Field Of Sanitary Sewage And Water Supply.4.
